Possible ART 42, 87 & 92 Delays Starting March 19 Due to Pentagon Construction

Note: Updated to say that new traffic patterns will be in effect starting March 19.

Long-term construction work is starting at the Pentagon as part of the 395/Express Lanes project. The construction is expected to last until the end of 2018.

New traffic patterns will be in effect starting Monday, March 19, which may cause delays for ART 42, 87, and 92 buses entering and exiting the Pentagon. ART rider alerts will be issued for delays on specific routes and trips.

Arlington County will work closely with the U.S. Department of Defense throughout the project to monitor conditions at and near the Pentagon.
